Reflections on My Journey
After thirty years in China, where I opened three orphanages and saved over 670 babies, I arrived home in Whangarei, New Zealand at the end of the Hong Kong riots. What a journey it has been!
Ministry Update
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I wrote and published my books, which have now been translated into Spanish. I launched my books in France while staying with my adopted 'baby'. I also started a ministry called 'The Seed', which grew from counselling to serving 36 meals every Tuesday for the needy. It was a privilege to serve in this way.
The Seed Ministry
Although I had to let go of 'The Seed' ministry due to a lack of volunteers, I was blessed to be able to bring it into my church. I pray that it will germinate and spring forth in God's timing. I told my pastor that I would do it from November to February, hoping that others might catch the vision or want to help. But February came, and the outcome was that no one picked it up. I mentioned to Pastor Russell that I would leave The Seed in the church for it to germinate until it springs forth, even if that takes months or years, all in His timing.
Prayer for a Storehouse
For over a year, I continued to pray for a storehouse, as the Lord had promised in Malachi 3:10. Recently, a beautiful brother offered me a place in Auckland to use for free, which I discovered was for storing my books. I had thought it was for food, but it was for the books, because the books are my tithe. However, once all the books (a thousand of each in English, Chinese and Spanish and French) are printed, I will need bigger storage. The Spanish translation is completed except the photos and cover. Hopefully, they will get printed in September this year.
2024 Tour of the South Island
I recently completed a month-long tour of the South Island, where I spoke at twenty-four meetings and shared my story with various churches and communities. It was a full-on month, but I was blessed to connect with so many wonderful people.

Highlights from the Tour
I reunited with old friends and made new connections in the Deep South. The hospitality and warmth of the people I met were truly overwhelming.
I spoke at St. Mary's Church in Geraldine and had a wonderful time with the congregation.
I met with Pastor John Ranstead and his wife Eleanor in Mataura.
I had a powerful time of ministry at Restoration Church in Timaru.
A Special Moment in Geraldine
During my visit to Geraldine, I had a special encounter with an eight-year-old boy at St. Mary's Church. He asked me to come and listen to him play the organ, and as he played, I felt the presence of God. It was a reminder that God can use anyone, regardless of age or background, to bring joy and blessing to others. It reminded me of the woman with the issue of blood. She wanted something from Jesus too.

Africa Mission
I am excited to share that I am now preparing for a new mission to Africa, where I plan to build an orphanage. I am currently making enquiries and having meetings with potential partners.
A Divine Connection
Before I first went to China, the Lord told me to go to Africa and open an orphanage. Although I didn't understand at the time, I recently rediscovered a scroll with the design for an orphanage that was given to me by an architect in China. I believe that this is a confirmation of God's plan for me to build an orphanage in Africa.
